Breast Cancer Bracelet
This beautiful Swarovski crystal bracelet is part of the "pink bow" collection that was designed by Christine Gendron (Colours Jewellery) in 2005. For each item sold, in her "pink bow" collection, Christine donates 10% of sales to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. In 2010, which was the 30th anniversary of her diagnosis of breast cancer, Christine made 300 of her "pink bow" bracelets and donated them to the 2010 Ottawa CBCF/CIBC Run for the Cure. The bracelets, given to the breast cancer Survivors who participated in that Run, were very much appreciated.
This year (and future years), for each "pink bow" bracelet sold (for $25), in addition to the normal 10% donation to CBCF, Christine will donate a bracelet to the Ottawa Run for the Cure, and again, these bracelets will be given to the breast cancer Survivors who participate in the Run.
